sweet! when I was little we stuffed the blender full of plaintain and sourgrass and clover. we did it like half full with greens then filled it with water. strain then add a bannana and honey and its better than any energy drink or bar. SO glad to see this vid!

What herbs are those?

Scientology is not a religion; it’s a hypnotherapy technique of dubious efficacy that claims to be a religion in order to shield itself from taxation, criticism and scientific scrutiny.

Nasturtium. Pronounced: nah stir’ shum

Dan, thanks for sharing in your journey of life. Love you! I really appreciate your answers to my questions, I will keep on watching your wonderful inspirational videos.

Thank you Dan for taking us right into your garden and showing the lambsquarters and plantain.

I didn’t know about eating plantain before you shared it.

We went to a park outside Pasco yesterday and I found myself looking down for foliage moreso than looking up and around. I told my husband, “Oh look - there’s plantain….there’s purslane..”

Thanks for helping educate me about wild edibles.

There are ways and products to wash the pesticides of the leafy greens and the thick skinned fruits and veggies can be peeled so they are not so bad
