@izzybizzyliz We actually are lactose intolerant & have come across a lot of people with the same issue, so for us we just use the Almond milk & havent tried it with regular milk, we love it the way it is. But you could always give it a try if you want…
If im not vegan can i use normal milk or does almond milk make it right? plz answer
@newlifetoday Hey! Thats great to hear you made it! Something you may want to try to avoid getting spinache pieces, mix up the order of the way you put them in the blender.. so start with almond milk & spinache & blend to a puree so the spinache is nice a separated. Then add the other ingredients. :)
I made this smoothie today…the taste is great but I dont like eating the spinach pieces….do you have any suggestions? i added ice and it was a little better but i really want to get rid of the tiny spinach bits

i just made this at home. it really is delicious!! my neice and nephew love it too ^^
It could, if you’re not lactose intolerant or arthritic. But I’d recommend organic yogurt without sugar or synthetic sweetners, additives or preservatives. Look for a brand with the least amount of ingredients on the label to be safe. =)
would some yogurt be good instead of the probiotic powder?? just curious.

Ohh, this looks delicious! My brother is vegan and often makes smoothies for us, but never a green one (though I’ve had another type of green smoothie too). I’m a big fan of smoothies, so we might have to try this one out!

Like I said before, my daughter after a vegan talked to her she decided to turn vegatarian. She cut out Beef then chicken and then other stuff. AND NOW ALL HER MIGRAINES ARE GONE!! She used to get 3 a week. THERE ALL GONE NOW YAH! It was hard for her to give up coffee, but it was healthy. No more Migraines. That’s a hugh plus

we eat more of a mediterranean diet, which we found soooo many studies on that show it fights all kinds of ailments and disease.? we eat alot of raw foods, veggies, fruits, healthy fats, some (unfarmed) fish & poultry and avoid sugar, dairy, processed & prepackaged foods & additives. it’s AWESOME and really builds up the immune system, so we rarely get sick anymore! YAY!
