Healthy Summer Smoothie - Sugar Free Vegan lactose intolerance

? ? ? ? ? ? READ ME ? ? ? ? ? ? ? www.anneorshine.blogspot.com facebook www.facebook.com Looking at those mouth watering posters of colorful smoothies and then actually tasting them was pretty disappointing. So I finally came up with my own recipe of what a real smoothie should be like and it is super easy and a lot tastier! I will show you the 3 main ingredients I used and also introduce you to other ingredients to help modify your smoothie into healthier alternative. Perfect for Vegan and lactose intolerance Victims- Enjoy! You will need for 2 servings… 1) 1 ripe banana. This will give it a naturally creamy taste. 2) 1 cup Fruits of your choice, I recommend to wash, cut, and freeze it. This will make your smoothie thicker and slushy. Awesome for hot summer day! 3) Rice, almond, or soy milk. *You CAN use cows milk. I personally do not find it healthy. Cows milk are unbelievable fattening! The dairy industry is a billion dollar industry that can pay any greedy doctor and celebrity to tell you - you need calcium when in fact you can get calcium in your greens. Milk is full of fats, antibiotics, hormones, puss, and a lot of other yucky stuff. Do the research for yourself, just don’t get your information from studies own by the dairy industry. 4) Optional: Hemp protein for those who works out, coconut soy creamer, or Agave nectar for extra sweetness. If I can get organic, I will most likely use that over conventional products. All products can be purchase at …

I make my smoothies exactly the same way! I’m just not a fan of cow flavoured water. lol… I love frozen strawberries. :) I was actually drinking one when I saw your video…. hahahah. Sometimes I do add yogurt to make it thicker… I’m having second thoughts now. D:

@BubbleLove44 that’s a great book… my mom can’t even speak English well so I don’t think that will work… haha… she’s very old fashion =)
@BubbleLove44 Almond milk is awesome. Thats what I drink. You should really try it :) I like soy too, but Ive never tried rice milk. Maybe I should?
I absolutely love your videos girl.
:)
@anneorshine oh lol!
that looks gorgeous!!
@anneorshine I’m not a vegan or a vegetarian, nor do I think I will ever be, but I really respect everyone that is and tries to be. I know how difficult it must be to have such a limited diet. Oh, for the milk thing, my mother (we’re Korean) is too used to traditional things to change, and she just thinks it’s healthier, so that’s what we do. I hope I have the chance to make my own decision about milk in the future. Anywho, thanks again for the video! ^_^
@anneorshine hey have your mom read skinny bitch and or introduce her to peta.org they explain the cruetly of animals and the meat industry as well as the milk information…even know they are a bit radical their site is quite helpful.
I like soy milk better than rice but i want to try almond milk.
That looks good! Might have to give it a try! Thanks for sharing!
@CelesteHarmonyXOXO id rather drink 3 cups of milk than eat a piece of broccoli haha
im a lacto ovo vegetarian
i want to swutch to vegan but its hard cause there is milk in a lot of prducs
@sweetecstasy33 I know what u mean… My mother lives by old fashion myths and she swear by cows milk… lol… I’m transitioning into veganism, it’s a tough process just b/c milk products are used in everything.
The milk information was really helpful. At the moment, it’s hard to change my current lifestyle regarding what I consume (I try to buy healthier, but as my mom does all the shopping, I don’t really have the chance to tell her what I want) but I think I want to try the part with the milk.
Are you a vegan by the way?
My boyfriend agrees with you. He`s vegan.
I think we will soon buy some rice milk….^.^
Thank you very much for this recipe<3
@MurasakiNeko hehe… I’m just passionate about what I believe but I wouldn’t go to the extreme of being anti-something… I did mentioned it’s my personal view and kept things constructive without pulling a peta =P I also mentioned about “too much of a good thing” and yes i do believe everything should be taken in moderation just like too much soy is bad for u. I may have edit that part out to keep the video short.
@CelesteHarmonyXOXO that’s awesome thanks for the info… I love broccoli!!! =P
did you know that a peice of broccoli has more calcium than 3 cups of milk?
