I buy a smoothie mix from the store. I make it like it says then i add yogurt. you can also add fruit.

Yogurt, fresh fruit and a few ice cubes.

Simple, easy and cheap

1 yoplait yogurt
1/2 a bag of mixed frozen berries
1 banana
1/2 cup of orange, apple, or adwala juice
That is the recipe for deliciousness! Blend well.

One girl said to watch for the fruit sales just as the fruits are getting overly ripe.

Another girl said that the bagged frozen fruits were much cheaper than the fresh fruits.

And another girl said she uses canned fruits.

Orange Julius smoothie –YUMMY. OJ, sweetner (or small amt of sugar), touch of vanilla extract, vanilla yogurt. (add skim milk if too thick)…..tastes like one of the creamcicles you used to get from the ice cream guy!

1 cup your favorite fruit(s) - preferably one(s) in season

3/4 cup milk or orange juice

Sugar, to taste

I like Orange Juice with strawberries and bananas; blueberries, bananas and milk; apples, banana, cinnamon and milk.

Basically, whatever you like - some of the less common items I have seen used that you might experiment with - avocado, peanut butter, beets, papaya, and durian.

Have fun and enjoy
