No Blenders DONT damage enzymes

i met her up close and i agree

Valya has a very unique and rare natural beauty, gorgeous face

Valya is so beautiful. She just radiates life.

don’t these mixers tear the enzymes out of these foods?

katrina in a blender??!! Thats my name and i feel offended!! lol
love green smoothies

Try mixing up your greens. Try using a few kale, collard, and/or dandelion leaves, or some fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro. I realize that the above mentioned greens have a stronger flavor than spinach so you might want to add more fruit.

me too i always make my smoothies color themed by using similarly colored fruit and/or veg

Everyday, In the morning, I make a smoothie, and I do not miss a day.

I hate the taste of Spinach, but I can mask the flavor by adding raspberries and blueberries…and I add the Spinach, and mix it all up. It comes out as a purple drink, but it’s very tasty.

Next time I’ll blend Kiwi, Asparagus, green apples, bananas and Spinach…I think that would be a super green drink!! :)

Honestly, I prefer smoothies that are a really vibrant green color. I love seeing all of the nutrients I am getting. Green smoothies are arguably the best raw food invention ever!

TONS of vita mixes are sold cheap on ebay

her Husband Igor can do 1,000 push ups ! hes a superman

ebay

sometimes Costco has a limited time demo and sells them at a better price than the Vitamix website. Call the store to find out the demo schedules.

GREEN SMOOTHIES ARE THE BEST!

I tried making them in an old food processor and they are so chunky. I’ve gonna have to save up for a blender. Green smoothies are awesome.

this victoria is saying the vita-mix, i got a cuisinart blender/processor that blended greens like crazy this morning.

Vita Mix. Bar None. Very expensive, but they are amazing and for a lifetime. I just bought one just for these purposes and it is so powerful.

I bought a Oster 700 watt blender at Walmart today for $44, I made 2 green smoothies and a watermelon slushie, and it did the job well. I add ice cubes, and this blender could handle it. So you don’t have spend $400 on a Vitamix right away.

what is the best procesator or mashine to make smoothies, phillips or what mark?

What a convincing video - I will certainly try putting greens in my smoothies from now on. I probably don’t have a powerful enough blender - wonder about that??

Oooh dear. At least eat sprouts, then, darling, promise. Anyone, anywhere can grow sprouts if you have some fresh water. I lived on sprout salads while on 3 day extreme backcountry hikes and had more energy and effortless recovery than I’ve ever had. Give it a try - no need for fancy equipment. Soak the seeds in a 1/2 pint deli cup, transfer to a nut milk bag and rinse twice a day. Voila: a salad far more nutritious than a dried, dead power bar. Good luck!

you will find kale in the vegetable section. it’s a dark green leafy vegetable. it’s like a bitter spinach.

great video , but can you tell me what kale is please. i live in australia . i havent heard of it . sorry for my ignorance.

Yes , TSA doesn’t know what it is at first but after they look thru the caary-on they always let you take it…

I’ve used green powders, but not as my only source of greens. The smell /taste of oxidized green smoothies (about a day old) reminds me of the powder’s.
