protein builds muscles and muscles are heavier than fat, therefore it weight you down, but it’s healthier to have muscles over fat.
is whey protein safe?…n do I workout 1st or before taking the Fruit Smoothie??..just wanna know.
i do love your hair hahahhh
The girl looks INCREDIBLY GOOD to me!

protein shakes will make you gain weight if you dnt work out. if you do workout you will gain muscle. she is just gaining weight, cus i see no muscle.
Um dont protine shakes make you gain weight?
carrots are better but any fruits work
she is wearing a pink color thong
I’m american and your right about that one!!
go fuck yourself
thats bad dude….im a diabetic and wen through the same situation with my “nutritionist”. But several doctors later they concluded, as i predicted they would, that as long as you monitor your total daily intake of protein, the shakes will do no harm. in fact some studies show that high protein diets based on whole foods put more stress on kidneys than a half whole-food, half-supplement high protein diet.
what are you talking about….you need whey isolate because after training there is not enough blood in your stomach to push a full meal through your gut. And you DO NOT wanna mess up your postworkout meal because your body is in a highly anabolic state and you want to take advantage of this by keeping amino levels high in your blood and replacing your glycogen stores with high GI carbs.
dont take protein at all…just eat healthy meals after workout…
lazy americans..
FOX ALERT FOX ALERT!!!
It is only bad if you are taking excessive amounts of protein. Drink plenty of water.
now that is a goal!
my goal is to fuck you how do i achieve that?
like it : p(l)
Apparently, according to my “doctor” whey protein can hurt your kidneys. Its bullshit, but being 15, my mom threw away all my protein, so basically I don’t have a suffiecient post workout meal!
It was delicious. Just a tad bit too much whey protein.
i would mine having her train me
she said 30 grams of protein.
