in a capitalistic economy like ours, it’s very very easy to figure out why healthy living is so expensive.


healthy living is extemely expensive and I cant figure out y? u can fill a grocery cart with all sorts of stuff and it will be cheaper than filling a cart half way with fruits and veggies and other healthy stuff. Makes u wonder if the world just wants u out of shape so u r easier to conform

Frozen berries are not processed, they are just fast freezed, it’s when they are processed with heat and chemicals is when you don’t want to buy them.


i tried making this, this morning with same ingediants and amount. it tasted like crap and the smell was awfull with all the mixed fruits. juice and milk DOES NOT MIX WELL!

Why not use an actual orange instead of packaged juice? Fresh is always better. Plus, most juices you get from stores are heat treated, which destroys the nutrinional value.
And, like adamc said, you shouldn’t use protein powders. Use pumpkin seeds instead, they’re full of good proteins.


Thats exactly the point, some people don’t have time for healthy food or breakfast so they just put it all in one I personally think its awesome and great and totally wanna try it out myself :D

oh and by the way, if YOU are eating healthy, you shouldn’t even be watching this video and commenting like that

what the fuck is all this organic packaged bullshit. It feels like just by making this video your forcing all organic products on people.


i dont know much about food or health and fitness but i always thought orange juice and milk dont go together? why cause of something i heard about the milk going sour and giving no nutrition from it or something. Feel free to correct me if im wrong or give some insight on the subject. Thanks


wheres all the lush fresh fruit and veg. God made better stuff than all that packaged crap. There is vital force in fresh food.
