I make this with vanilla protein powder, 1/3 cup of milk, a bit of cocoa, a teaspoon or so of instant coffee and ice cubes. It tastes like something you’d get at a cafe..
I wonder if you can use silken tofu instead of yogurt. It has no taste of it’s own and it would add a good bit of protien.
I’m sure that smoothie has to taste nasty without anything to sweeten it up.
I tried it with vanilla protein. I like it really. It’s my new proteinshake, every day one of them :P

espresso is just coffee, it has no calories in it, so you can add espresso shots instead of plain coffee, I tried it with espresso and it came out pretty good actually
