I would just throw a bunch of frozen berries into the blender (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.) and mix in some milk and any other vitamins you wanna put in.

These is soo easy, soo good, and won’t cost a lot!

1) Buy a bag of frozen mixed fruit (Dole’s is great), and apple juice. Mix fruit, juice, and ice in blender- ENJOY! I drink them on the way to work.

2) Plain or flavored yogurt and granola. You can find granola with fruit or flavors such as banana nut or berry crunch. Mix these together or just use the granola as a topper. These can also be taken on the go. Just put the granola in a little baggie and add to the yogurt when you’re ready. Great afternoon pick me up that won’t ruin your dinner.
Hope these helped.
