What is the best recipe for a strawberry banana smoothie??
Summers here!!! Whats the best strawberry/banana smoothie recipe you know?? Theres a little smoothie place in San Diego that has the best but cant figure out the put in it.

Hmm.. about a whole banana, about 5 or so strawberries and a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream , put into a blender- voila! Its good!
I love these….I love mine with either yogurt, or vanilla ice cream and MAD bananas and strawberries…and SOME ice…but it is a wonderful treat
I make them like this:
1/2 oz.-Yogurt
3-Bananas
5 to 6-Strawberry’s
1/2 oz.-Blue Berry’s
ice
Apple Juice
Put it all in a blender for like 30 sec.or how ever long you like and drink up it’s so good you can also use OJ if you you don’t like apple juice
orange juice, frozen strawberries and bananas, orange sherbert, and ice. yum…
1/4 cup frozen strawberries blended, 1 ripe banana, 1/8 cup pineapple juice and a little non-alcoholic pina colada mix. So yummy, good consistency. If you want to add alcohol, try 1.25 ounces of Malibu.
Here’s a banana shake recipe, but you can add strawberries to make a banana strawberry smoothie
* half banana, preferably refrigerated for a night
* 1/2 cup of low fat milk
* three tablespoon of low fat sugar free yogurt
* two tablespoon of oat
1 scoop of whey protein Chocolate
1/2 a banana
4 Strawberries cut up
3 oz of orange juice
1 cup of water
