What you like.
Banana walnut
Mango strawberry
papaya kiwi?
pineapple guava?
carambola raspberry?
Jaegermeister canteloupe?
I guess it is your choice.
I love strawberry mango and kiwi (frozen) and then vanilla yogurt. just mix them together in any amount you wish. and if you like the smoothie thinner add some milk or vanilla soymilk :D
Okay, this is my favorite smoothie recipe, I am always making them so I have experimented a LOT!
One Pear
Half a cup Orange juice
One blood orange
One Grapefruit
A half of a lime
Okay, also, you should know that this is kind of a smoothie and an icey. You have to squeeze all of the fruits except the pear, just put that in by itself.
Umm- I prefer a plain ol’ Strawberry Banana smoothie with some frozen yogurt! YUM!
Or a friend of mine makes these really good smoothies with banana, chocolate syrup, peanut butter, chocolate soy milk and frozen yogurt. I couldn’t say how much to put in, but those are DELICIOUS!
strawberry
1/2 cup of your favorite fruit, such as peaches, bananas, pineapples, strawberries, mangos, etc.
3/4 cup of yogurt
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Preparation:
Peel the fruit, if appropriate, and cut them up into small pieces.
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and puree them together until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass and serve with a straw.
Keep in mind that you may have to add ice or use frozen fruit if you really want to serve it cold. Also, a banana may be needed to get the smoothie to the right consistency (thick and creamy).
