What’s a good recipie to make a good fruit smoothie, similar to Jamba Juice?
I like Jamba Juice smoothies, but they’re not worth spending $5 on.
How do they make their typical smoothies and what’s a good recipie to make a quality fruit smoothie for breakfast?

I love this one!
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries
- 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk
- 3 Ice Cubes
- 4-5 Almonds
It tastes so good!
I have a great recipe I posted on my blog a few months ago…it’s simple nutritious and you can tailor it to your needs and taste buds. For breakfast I would definitely add in the Spiruilina protein powder or Whey protein powder; for a snack those two ingredients can be omitted. For sure put some ice in the blender - I just listed it as optional on the recipe because some people don’t like super cold beverages. Good luck and let me know how this recipe works out for you!
